Equipment Repair FAQ’s
We specialize in precision welding for high-temperature environments, specifically working with 309L, 310, and 330 Stainless Steel, as well as Inconel. We understand the specific heat-input requirements and cooling rates necessary to maintain the thermal integrity of these alloys in kilns, coolers, and preheater towers.
We utilize a “Pace-Setting” model. By deploying self-sustained mobile rigs and specialized high-volume anchor equipment, we coordinate our shifts to stay approximately 30% ahead of the pour or spray schedule. This eliminates standby costs for refractory crews and keeps the project on the critical path.
For standard repairs, we can often provide an estimate based on photos and a description. For complex fabrication or refractory work, we offer a consultation to review drawings or perform a site visit. This ensures our quote is accurate and accounts for all material and logistical requirements.
